Customer satisfaction is a basic need that can be described as something enjoyable. Society as a consumer would always expect good service and fast in fulfilling the needs and desires, the customer has the right to get bettter service. This study discusses how to influence the level of service and food prices to the level of customer satisaction at KFC uses the fuzzy toolbox matlab 7.9. The steps has been taken is the analysis method of fuzzy logic there are three stages, namely fuzzyfication, inference, and defuzzyfication. Results of data processing, including: the input consists of a) the level of quality service obtained real number 5.5 obtained with the domain [5 8], which means a variabel level of service, b) the level of product prices with the real number 5.5 to the domain [5 8] which means the price of the product cheaper. Output is only one there is the level of customer satisfaction with the real number 6.61 with Domain [5 8], which means customer are satisfied with the quality of service and price in KFC the fast food restaurant.
