Optimasi Perencanaan Produksi dengan Metode Goal Programmming (Study kasus pada Usaha Kecil Menengah Wira Bakery)

Abstract

This paper discusses about the Goal Programming methodin Wira Bakery. Goal Programming method showed that the Goal Programming optimization results were more favorable than that during this diterpakan by the company. From the results obtained optimal amount that must be produced in future periods as many as 21 000 for a box of donuts and 5190 product box for brownis product. Wira Bakery’s Profit is 150.000.000 but with Goal Programming method, Wira Bakery can be increase their profit is 167.520.000
