Visualization needed for the material in the encyclopedia can be transferred to the children well. Therefore it is the authors make the final application that specialize encyclopedia for children from kindergarten to elementary school to help the varied ways of learning, as supported by the animation and also a variety of colorful objects. This application is made by combining a variety of visual elements in order to obtain an encyclopedia of interesting applications. Variative content or materials made possible. Material is packaged in the form of articles, pictures, video animation that is instructive, and interaktive game. The authors make the free application that contains information about science according to the categories provided on this application that is Natural, Me and The environment, Earth and Space, Journey Activity, and World. The authors make the application using Microsoft Visual basic version 6.0
