In this writing, the stars seem to flicker phenomenon is described by reference to Einstein's relativity theory about motion of a frame of reference relative to the other frame of reference that is the star to the observer on the earth. This research was conducted to obtain the relationship between the positions of stars and the stars seemed to flicker phenomenon so that obtain causes of stars seem to flicker. From the literature’s collection have done, was found that stars seem to flicker phenomenon occurs because radiation of star can not be accepted continuously at all times by observer. The Change of position of the star to the observer give effect formed of acceptance differences of light intensity due because changes of reception light direction by the observer. The absence of universal frame of reference causing this phenomenon are relativistic for each review. The Doppler effect arising from relative motion of the star to the observer in the earth do not cause change color spectrum, but is enough to show the weakening or strengthening of the star light frequency received by the observer.en_US
