    Abstract
    Many people still consider mental health problems not as a disease, even though mental health is the same as physical health, if not overcome, mental disorders can threaten a person's life. In Indonesia itself, Basic Health Research data (2018) shows the proportion of schizophrenia mental disorders has increased significantly compared to 5 years ago to 7 per 1000 Indonesian population with treatment coverage of 84.9%. While the prevalence of mental emotional disorders (GME) in the population over 15 years of age. Delusions are false beliefs that are based on false conclusions about external reality and are strongly defended. The methodology used in this senior practicum is a case study on the management of nursing care for clients with delusions of grandeur in the Medan Sunggal sub-district. Nursing care is carried out on one client managed, namely Mr. M in the Medan Sunggal sub-district by implementing health protocols. The nursing care process was carried out from July 19 to July 22, 2022. On the first day of the meeting the client did not seem to want to be interviewed but over time the client began to be open and cooperative during implementation. In the implementation of nursing actions adjusted to planning and can be implemented even though it has not been fully implemented. The conclusion of the case study found that the patient looked cooperative, spoke in a clear voice, and sensitivity began to decrease, the client seemed happy to be recording daily activity schedules regularly and problems all the problems faced by the client were not resolved according to the client's problem but had decreased compared to the first meeting.
