Pengelolaan Asuhan Keperawatan Ibu Hamil Resiko Tinggi Preeklamsia; Hidroterapi Rendam Kaki Air Hangat di Kecamatan Medan Johor

Abstract

Preeclampsia is one of the risks that can occur in pregnant women. Preeclampsia is a disease that arises due to an increase in blood pressure in pregnant women. Preeclampsia occurs in pregnant women with risk factors that include a history of hypertension, extreme maternal age (less than 20 years and more than 35 years), primigravida pregnancy, and pregnant women with obesity. Preeclampsia is a major cause of maternal and fetal mortality and morbidity. ANC (Antenatal Care) is very necessary to improve the welfare of mothers and babies during pregnancy. The purpose of this senior practicum is to apply the theories and concepts of nursing care, especially to pregnant women at high risk of preeclampsia. The methodology in this senior practice is a case study of 3 clients with a high risk of preeclampsia. The results of the study conducted by the author on 3 clients, that the three clients had high-risk factors for preeclampsia. Nursing care given to the three clients to control blood pressure can be done by soaking the feet in warm water. Soaking the feet in warm water can improve blood circulation so it can reduce blood pressure in preeclampsia pregnant women. The results of the evaluation carried out by the three clients showed a decrease in blood pressure, and the three clients gave a good response. It is expected that pregnant women can apply this therapy in daily life and maintain a healthy lifestyle to prevent preeclampsia in pregnant women.
