dc.description.abstract | Menopause is a phase that will be experienced by every woman which usually occurs over the age of 40 years. Women are said to be menopausal when their menstrual cycles have stopped for 1 year. This causes postmenopausal women to experience physical and psychological complaints such as irritability, hot flushes, joint pain, vaginal dryness. This situation can greatly interfere with the woman's activities as she ages. Covid-19 disease easily infects those with low immune systems, such as the elderly. The senior practicum activities carried out aim to provide nursing care to menopausal women during the post-Covid-19 adaptation period in the Medan Johor District Environment. The methods used in this senior practicum are interviews and direct observation of the client and the client's family. This research involved 3 clients, namely Mrs. I, Mrs. H and Mrs. Y and has been given implementation in accordance with their respective complaints. In implementation, most of them are in accordance with the action plans that have been implemented. For interventions that have not been achieved, it will be continued at the next meeting by coordinating directly with the chairman of the perwiritan to carry out Kegel exercise interventions for the women of the mozasa prayer room. Cooperation between the health team and the patient or family is necessary for the success of nursing care. | en_US |
