Pengelolaan Kasus Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga dengan Masalah Gastritis di Gg. Rambutan Sari Rejo Medan Polonia

Abstract

Gastritis is inflammation of the gastric mucosa which is defined based on the picture from histological mucosa stomach. gastritis related with process inflammation epithelium lining of the stomach and ulcers of the gastric mucosa. Gastritis is a disease which often occurs in people with prevention, almost 50% of people occur disease gastritis, wrong one trigger his that is pattern eat which bad and habit which is not good. The family as a group that can cause, prevent, ignore or correct the health problems in it. Then got said family that's it which will impact on appearance various problem health member family. Care nursing family which experience problem gastritis conducted through 5 stages process nursing that is Step assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation in order to be able to provide understanding to family related with problem gastritis. Care nursing family performed on 5 families who have gastritis problems in Gg. Rambutan Sari Rejo Medan Polonia with 3 Diagnoses, namely Comfort Disturbance: Pain, intolerance Activity and Interference with Fulfillment of Sleep Rest Needs. And the result of Upbringing The care provided to each family is insurmountable and patient feel happy with that care has given.
