Analisis Pengaruh Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi melalui Penggunaan Sistem Informasi sebagai Variabel Intervening terhadap Kinerja Manajerial pada PT Angkasa Pura II Bandar Udara Kualanamu Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The ptrpose of this study conducted at PT. Angkasa Pura II, Kualanamu Internattonal Airport, Sumatera Utarawas to,find out the the ffiuence af motivation and commitment of organization through the use af information system as intervening variable. This is an associative study intended to find out the relattonship between two or more varisbles. The data used in this study wss the primary data obtained from the samples selected thorugh purposive and non-random sampling techniques. The samples for thts study were the monergers af upper, mediam and lower levels worktng for PT. Angknsa Pura II, especially Kilalanamu International Atrport, Sumatera Utara. The data obtained were processed through multiple regression model and path analysis using SP^S^S program. The result of F test showed that simultaneousiy motivation and commiiment of organization had a signiJicant influence on the managerial performance. The result of t test showed that partially motivation did not hmte any influence on the managerial perfurmance but commitment of organtzation did. Based on the result of path analysis afier using information system as tntervening variable, it is found out that commitment of organization had a direct influence on the managerial performance while motivation hod an indirect influence on the managerial performance or in other words information system became the intervening variable for the rnativation in infiueneing the managerial perfurmance.
