dc.description.abstract | Data security in files online delivery becomes very important in the world of information itself. One way that can be done for the security of data is to encrypt the data before it is sent. Cryptographic AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) is a symmetric cryptographic algorithm encryption means the key that is used in the encryption process is the same as the key to the decryption process. The analysis concludes theory, AES encryption process designed to make the process of encoding in secret with a fairly high level of security. beside from the AES algorithm, another algorithm is Blowfish algorithm which is also a symmetric cryptographic algorithm. This method aims to confidential information and sends through a network, such as a LAN or the Internet, cannot be known or utilized by persons or unauthorized parties. The results showed that AES algorithm with a key length of 128 bits can encode the contents of a file so that it can secure the file. Encrypting the file size will increase by 11 bytes dajri original file because the process of adding a header that contains information about the file extension. In the use of the AES cryptographic algorithm is an algorithm that has not been discovered security weaknesses gap until today, but the file to be encrypted generates a file size much larger than the original, while using the blowfish algorithm with similar results to the original size and faster in the computation process. The combination of techniques algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) AES and Blowfish is expected to meet the needs of two aspects of information security, is the protection of confidentiality of information and protection against counterfeiting and the conversion of unwanted information. | en_US |
