Well done research on the effect of grid Linear on sharpness and density of x-ray film
images on schedell lateral to get a quality radiographic results with respect to sharpness and
density schedel radiography. Density measurement in this study by using a densitometer with a
graphic exposure under the laws of attenuation by measuring at each step in the existing picture
in picture stepwedge schedel, by taking the average value of 3 times measurements at each step,
then get the results in the form of numbers or density of the overall value of existing step in
stepwedge. From these results we can make density graph with a ratio of log density and log of
each step. From the whole graph we can conclude that a reduction in density between schedel
radiography using a grid and radiography without using a grid. From the overall radiographic
picture of the grid (grid stationary / moving grid) is subjective we can assess that the sharpness is
more visible from the picture using a grid of stationary and moving grid, because the picture
without using the grid looks a blur effect or blurring in the image area certain areas.
