dc.description.abstractIncidence of long queue at PT. Bank People Indonesia Branch Field Putri Unit Field Labuhan because client arrival frequency have the character of is random. By using Theory queue can be determined by queue system at the Bank that is ( M/M/2) : ( FIFO/~/~) with client arrival storey;level have Poisson distribution to service time have Eksponensial examinee distribution to by using Chi-Kuadrat test, with double service channel counted 2, used by service discipline is first come first served, with amount of unlimited arrival. Step hereinafter is to analyse Theory Queue application pickings, later then compare with some amount of different steward so that can be known by optimum amount of service facility.en_US
