Analisis Penentuan Stok Beras Pada Depot Logistik Sumatera Utara dengan Pendekatan Fuzzy-Mamdani

Abstract

The problem that faced North Sumatera Depot Logistik in determine the amount of rice stock is often certainty supply. Fuzzy logical is one of the methods to make analysis for uncertainty system. For this research used mamdani methods or often name with Min – Max method. To get output from this planning of system done is some step: the formation of fuzzy compilation, the application of implication function, to create the rules, defuzzification. For this research, defuzzyfication is done with centroid method using in this method, the value of defuzzyfication smoothly, so that the change of fuzzy compilation will be smoothly move. From the result of research that have done with variable input in 2008, the input supply of rice stock is in the amount of 90.000 ton and the output of rice stock is in amount of 88.350 ton that produced output of rice stock supply in the amount of 85.898,28 ton.
