Optimasi Perencanaan Agregat Akibat Permintaan tidak tetap dengan Metode Linear Programming Pada PT.Toba Pulp Lestari, Tbk

Abstract

PT. Toba Pulp Lestari is a company which works in manufacturing. This company produces the pulp by uncertain demands. PT. Toba Pulp Lestari wants to optimize the using of the resources. One of the helping tools that can be used to solving the problem is Linear Programming. Hope that this model can help, the company to optimize the resources especially in determining the total production, level stock, total the workers and the total of the necessary overtime. Based on the result of the research that have done before, the total production of pulp on March 2008 is 11.055 ton, ending inventory for 6.616 ton, total for nonshift workers is 322 person while for the shift worker is 81 person and the total cost on March is Rp.25.652.287.641,00
