dc.description.abstractQueueing theory is a mathemathic theory which learn of queueis or waiting lines. Waiting is a problem which make all most people bored. Queueing can make very big disadvantage as economically. The research especially to analyse and solve the queue problem at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia branch of Pematang Siantar Unit of Pasar Horas which has two teller. After analysed come rate is 0,827 people per minute and service rate is 0,313 people per minute so the sitution of the bank is Queue. The solution of the problem given by adding one teller from 2 teller become 3 teller.en_US
