Penentuan Rangking Kabupaten Propinsi Sumatera Utara Berdasarkan Nilai Infrastrukturdengan Metode Analitic Hierarchy Process (Ahp)

Abstract

Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision making method for determining the priority of alternatives. Firstly, the stucture of the problem considered needs to arranged by looking at the hierarchy of the decicion contex. The pair-wise comparison matrix is used to form a relation in the structure. The weight of each criteria is determining by normalizing of responden preferences. Normalized maximum eigen value and eigen vektor will be obtained from this matrix. In the process of performing the hierarchy weighting factor or evaluation factor. The concistency test must be conducted (CR<0.1) This research determine the rating of 18 regency of North Sumatera Province based of their infrastructure using AHP.
