dc.description.abstractService is a kind of system, procedure or certain method which gives to other people in this case the needs of customer can be fulfilled based on the expectation or customer’s desire with their perception. The main purpose of investigation service system is to examine or investigate coming system and service system. The problem of this study are how the customer system at stopping place and how the coming system of the bus fleet and how queuing system at stopping place. The purpose of the study was to detect is the service system already efficient and is the available bus fleet already enough at the service of bus Lintas USU around the university.en_US
