| dc.description.abstract | This researh analyzed the criteria of a leader directed to the most desirable in
Medan City.Method that is used in this study is conjoint analysis (Full-profile by
rating). Full Profile method is a method that evaluates many factors and formed of
all the attributes in order to obtain a more realistic description of the results of the
study . The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing
questionnaires to 100 people who have ID card randomly in five districts in
Medan City. The results showed that the choice of factors/criteria attributes of
leaders that most influence the respondent 's interest in this study is the technique
and style of the lead . The concept of the ideal leader and criteria favored by
respondents' overall assessment is the leader with the criteria Men with younger
age (18 s/d 35 years) , educated graduate/diploma (college graduates), background
in military work , has a personal character that is smart, got a lot of science
