dc.description.abstractKaronesee culture on society cannot be separated from daily activities, including the activities of worship. Church is a place of worship for the people who are Christians were not spared from the Karonesee culture. Therefore, this study will discuss the churches which are adapted to the culture of Karonesee. This study used a qualitative methodology, which produces descriptive data about St. Fransiskus Asisi Catholic Church in Berastagi, Santa Perawan Maria Naik Kesurga in Kabanjahe, and the Catholic Church St. Yohannes Don Bosco in Suka Julu-Tiga Jumpa, Barusjahe.The data analysis showed that St. Fransiskus Asisi Catholic Church in Berastagi and Catholic Church of St. Yohannes Don Bosco in Suka Julu-Tiga Jumpa, Barusjahe have adapted to the culture of Karonesee, it can be seen from the similarity of the shape of the building to house of Siwaluh Jabu.en_US
