dc.description.abstract | This study made the manufacture of bonded magnets PrFeB with curing of vacuum temperature variation and air at 100, 150, 180, 2000 C, a constant t = 1 hour and then performed a variation detention time of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours, constant T = 1000 C. Result of heat treatment powders printed form pellets (d = 0.9 cm) by means of dry press using a hand press 30.000kPa pressure. Characterization: Physical properties namely density (Archimedes Principle) and magnetic properties (measured by Gaussmeter) to obtain the temperature of the optimum curing. Based on the data, the optimum temperature is obtained at a temperature of 1000 C. Then do the drying (curing) in a vacuum and air with variations detention of curing such as : 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours with a constant temperature of 1000 C. From the research that bonded magnets PrFeB which has the highest magnetic field strength is bonded magnet that was air curing at a temperature of 1000 C and holding time 30 minutes, such as : the value of 2527.0 gauss Density = 5.9 g/cm3. | en_US |
