dc.description.abstractNd-Fe-B bonded magnet is made by mixing the NeodymiumIron Boron (Nd-Fe-B) magnet powder type MQP 16-7B+ with binder material, celluna WE-518 which has non-magnetic characteristic. The composition of powder and binder is 97:3 % in weight of the total mass of the sample which is 3 grams. The mixing process is done with hand mixing method. This mixed materials then casted by using hand press with the pressure 30.000 kPa and drained in varies temperature of 100ºC, 150ºC, 180ºC and 200ºC for an hour and used varies of restraint time in 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours and 4 hours for temperature 100ºC in vacuum and atmosphere condition. Physic characteristic tested is 6,715 g/cm3 of bulk density; and surface microstructure can be seen by using the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) which is not contrast in microstructure while making bonded. The magnetic characteristic is done by measuring the magnetic force with Gaussmeter and the hysteretic curve measured by using the Vibrating Sample Magnetometer. Coercivity of NdFeB-type magnet powders MQP-B + is 485.6 kOe.en_US
