| dc.description.abstract | Analyse the advantage of coconut at people plantation Regency of Serdang
Bedagai. The objectives of this study are: (a) to know how big storey level of
advantage of fanner of coconut of people plantation, (b) to know how influence rent
the fann, labour fee, price fertilize to advantage of fanning of coconut at people
plantation.
Determination sample by method of Simple Random Sampling that is, sample
which is in tal<lng at random modestly, with the amount sample of equal to 90 people.
Method analyse the data use the Doubled Linear Regresi, because this research in
designing to analyse the independent variable influence to variable dependen.
Estimation method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS).
Result of research indicate that total of a&ceptance of fanning of coconut at
people plantation of equal to Rp. 51.260.000/year and total cost produce equal to
Rp. 24.382.000/year, so that totalize the advantage obtained by fanner of coconut at
poople plantation of equal to Rp. 26.878.000/y0ar or advantage per month equal to
Rp. 2.240.000, with the wide mean of farm of equal to 2,88 Ha/year. Result of
estimation of function of advantage that farm rent, fee of labour and price fertilize to
have an effect on very significant to advantage of farmer of coconut at people
