Peranan Manajemen Kearsipan terhadap Efisiensi Kerja Guru di UPT SD Negeri 01 Tanjung Tiram

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of archives management on the work efficiency of teachers at UPT SD Negeri 01 Tanjung Tiram. The type of data used is qualitative data. The method used is a qualitative method by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The population of this study were teachers at UPT SD Negeri 01 Tanjung Tiram. The sample in this study is the teacher in the program section with a total of 4 people. The results of this study indicate that the role of records management on work efficiency has at positive effect on teacher job satisfaction. Based on the results of research on the role of archive management on teacher work efficiency at UPT SD Negeri 01 Tanjung Tiram in general it has been said to be good and conducive, as well as the results of research on teacher job satisfaction at UPT SD Negeri 01 Tanjung Tiram which is good.
