Pentingnya Etika dan Hubungan Kerja dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai pada Bagian Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kantor Wali Kota Medan
Abstract
This study aims to describe how ethics and work relationship in improving
employee performance Bappeda of Medan city. This study was conducted on
employees Bappeda of Medan city. This research uses qualitative methods that are
descriptive and tend to use analysis with an inductive approach. This research is
non-statistical it does not require statistical testing. So this research uses primary
data that is interviews with the head of the general sub-section of Bappeda.
Employees of Bappeda of the Medan city have good performance which is
influenced by ethics and good work relations that have been implemented by
employees. The importance of ethics and work relations can improve employee
performance, so that they can carry out their functions and can work more
professionally, morally, and ethically in supporting bureaucratic reforms and
supporting the smooth running of employee duties in planning regional
development in the city of Medan. With ethics and work relations, Bappeda
employees can carry out their functions and successfully achieve the expected
goals. To achieve the goals of Medan city Bappeda employees must maintain
attendance, maintain discipline and always input SKP (Employee Work Targets)
in the performance application that is SIK (Performance Information System).
With the implementation of ethics and work relations it can improve performance
in Bappeda employees of the Medan city.
