The composition mixture of coal ash in this research is respectively 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25% and 30% from the weight of the cement. The samples used are square and cylindrical objects. From the research, it is found that the highest flexibility and pressure of the mortar is the mixture of mortar and 15% of coal ash (namely, the average flexibility: 6.921 MPa, and the average pressure: 16.4 MPa) and in the porosity and absorption testing it is also found that the more coal ash is added into the mortar, the less the porosity and water absorption and the bigger the density. Apart from physical and mechanical benefits, the utilization of coal ash with the mortar also can reduce factory sewageen_US
