Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan yang Menerapkan Esop dengan Perusahaan yang tidak Menerapkan Esop pada Perusahaan Go-Public di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2018

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to compare the company's performance andzz company’s value in companies that apply ESOP with companies that don’t apply ESOP in the non-financial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The sample of this research is 20 samples, namely 10 companies that apply ESOP and 10 companies that don’t apply ESOP. The data analysis technique used in this research is Mann Whitney U-test. This research uses several financial ratios, namely profitability ratios, activity ratios, and market ratios. The results showed that there were no significant differences in ROA, ROE, NPM, TATO and PBV, but there is a significant difference in PER between companies that apply ESOP and companies that don’t apply ESOP.
