Indonesia is a maritime country, one of world's largest archipelago countries, between the islands of one with the other islands are separated by the sea, but not a barrier for any Indonesian ethnic groups to interact with the tribes on the other islands. Because of this, that in the field of tourism, Indonesia will never be separated from the sea. It is called the Marine Tourism. Sibolga as a city that is on the edge of the island is an area with the most potential as a place to develop marine tourism in Indonesia, particularly in the province of North Sumatra. But if you look at the state of Sibolga today, it is very unfortunate because so few tourist facilities worthy or that attract tourists to visit to Sibolga. Therefore, it is necessary to design a place called a Resort Hotel to cover the tourist facilities of the town of Sibolga, particularly in the areas of service and support needs of travelers. The design of resort hotel must consider the context of the town of Sibolga and the needs of tourist, and does not damage the natural beauty around it. For the future, this resort hotel is expected to become a new magnet for tourists who will visit to Sibolga.en_US
