    Peranan Motivasi Kerja, Persepsi terhadap Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dengan Kinerja Guru Taman Kanak-Kanak

    Abstract
    This research aims to investigate the role of work motivation, perception of school principal leadership toward kindergarten teacher performance in Medan. This study proposed three (3) hypothesis; First that there is a positive influence between work motivation, perception of school principal leadership toward kindergarten teacher performance, with the form of regression Y=146.936+ 0.015 (MK). Second, there is a positive influence of perceptions of school leadership toward kindergarten teacher performance, with the form of regression Y = 120.047 + 0.195 (perception) and third there is a positive influence motivation toward kindergarten teacher performance, with the form of regression Y = 118.523 + 0.018 (MK)+ 0. 196 (perception). The data was collected through three scales, namely scale of work motivation, scale of perception of the principal and scale of kindergarten teacher performance. This study were involving 104 kindergarten teachers. The data have been collected subsequently and processed by multiple regression analysis. Based on the statistical analysis of the results it can be concluded that there was a positive influence work motivation with kindergarten teacher performance (R =0.260 , R 2 = 0.07 F = 1.904, (p <0.00). Statistical analysis results also showed that there was a positive influence of perception of principal leadership toward the kindergarten teacher performance (R =0.590, R 2 = 0.350, F = 1,734 (p <0.00). Based on multiple regression analysis it can be concluded that work motivation and perception of the principal's leadership positively influence on kindergarten teacher performance
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dengan kinerja guru TK dan persepsi terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru TK di Kecamatan Medan Petisah kota Medan. Dalam penelitian ini diajukan 3 (tiga) hipotesis, yaitu 1. terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja clengan kinerja guru TK clengan persamaan regresi Y=146.936+ 0.015 (MK), 2. terclapat pengaruh positif persepsi guru terhaclap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru TK clengan persamaan regresi Y = 120.047 + 0.195 (persepsi), 3.terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja clan persepsi guru terhadap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru TK dengan persaman regresi Y= 118.523 + 0.018 (Motivasi kerja) + 0.196 (persepsi). Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui tiga skala yaitu skala motivasi kerja, persepsi kepala sekolah clan kinerja guru TK. Dengan melibatkan 104 guru TK. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya cliolah clengan analisis Regresi Berganda. Berclasarkan hasil analisis statistik clapat clisimpulkan bahwa acla pengaruh positif antara motivasi kerja clengan kinerja guru TK (R = 0.260, R2 = 0.07, clan F = 1.904, (p<0.00). Selanjutnya hasil analisis statistik juga menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif persepsi terhaclar kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru TK (R = 0.590, R = 0.350 , clan F = 1.734 (p<0.00). Berclasarkan analisis regresi bergancla clapat clisimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja clan persepsi terhaclap kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif terhaclap kinerja guru TK
