Rotational speed (rpm) is one of the factors that can affect the process of tool performance. This study aims to test the rotational speed of the coffee powder maker on the effect of the parameters of the effective capacity of the tool, the percentage of material left behind, and the yield. This study used a non-factorial completely randomized design with three speed treatments, namely R1 at 2550 rpm, R2 at 2900 rpm, and R3 at 3250 rpm. The largest effective capacity of the tool was found in the R3 treatment of 6.156 kg/hour, the largest percentage of material left behind in the R1 treatment was 1.153% and the largest yield was found in the R2 treatment of 99.25%. Based on analysis of variance in the attachment of yield and percentage of material left behind, it can be seen that the difference in rotational speed (rpm) has an insignificant effect, so no further analysis is needed.
