A pineapple peeler was created in order to address the flaws and drawbacks of a manual fruit peeler as peeling pineapples is still generally done by hand using a manual pineapple peeler. The goal of this research is to determine the ideal blade spacing for a pineapple peeler in order to generate superior peels. An entirely randomized non-factorial design was employed in this investigation. The study's blades were spaced 1 cm (P1), 2 cm (P2), and 3 cm apart (P3). The tool's useful capacity, yield, percentage of remaining skin, and thickness were examined. The optimal blade distance in this investigation is 3 cm. The outcomes revealed that at a distance of the highest effective capacity (197.47 kg/hour).en_US
