    Abstract
The Indonesian Port area I (Pelindo I) Belawan is a port with high activity due to its status as an international standard port and is the main entrance to the western region of Indonesia from the sea area. The position of Belawan port is also very strategic because it is only 13.5 km from the Malacca Strait International shipping lane. The activities include industry, ports, transportation, and community activities that can generate pollutants such as CO and PM2.5. This study aims to map the concentration of CO and PM2.5 in the Port of Indonesia I (Pelindo I) and to analyze the relationship between wind speed, humidity, and air temperature to the concentration of CO and PM2.5. The sampling points in this study consisted of eight points spread over the port location representing residential, industrial, public facilities and roadside areas with sampling times in the morning and afternoon. Data processing was carried out with Surfer 15 and Microsoft Excel for correlation and hypothesis testing. The results of the mapping of CO concentrations in the Pelindo I Belawan area, Medan in the morning and afternoon have the lowest value of 1145 g/Nm3 and the highest value of 8015 g/Nm3 because the sampling location is a route to settlements and many motorized vehicles pass. When compared with the Quality Standard, which is 10,000 g/Nm3, then none of the measurement points exceeds the quality standard. The PM2.5 value when converted into a 24-hour measurement time ranges from 4.79 g/Nm3 – 23.42 g/Nm3. When compared with the Quality Standard, which is 55 g/Nm3, then none of the measurement points exceeds the predetermined quality standard.
