dc.description.abstract | Background. Sunbathing is an attempt to get sunlight in the morning and evening. Sun exposure is the best source of vitamin D3. So far there has been no research on the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions of SMA Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan students regarding assistance to meet Vitamin D needs for body immunity. towards the progress and development of science and also as a contribution of researchers to science. Objectives. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, and actions of SMA Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah students towards sunbathing and body immunity. Methods. The research was conducted using analytic methods with a cross sectional study approach with a total sample of 101 people using a stratified random sampling technique. then given questions using the Googke form application and the results were analyzed with the SPSS application. Results. In this study, it was found that 101 respondents had a good level of knowledge of 66 people (65.3%), a positive attitude level of 58 people (57.4%), and 55 people (54.5%) of respondents had good actions. . Bivariate analysis obtained a value of p = 0.026 which means that there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes. Meanwhile, p values = 0.153 and 0.513, which means that there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and action and also attitudes and actions towards sunbathing in increasing the immunity of SMA Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan students. Conclusion. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes, but there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and actions and between attitudes and actions towards sunbathing in increasing the immunity of SMA Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan students. | en_US |
