Background. At the end of 2019, there was a pandemic of acute respiratory diseases called 'coronavirus disease 2019' (COVID-19), which threatened human health and public safety. Pregnancy is one of the risk factors of COVID-19 infection. Pregnant women are particularly susceptible to respiratory infections and severe pneumonia due to changes in body habits, physiology and conditions of decreased immunity. Objectives. To determine the clinical features of third trimester pregnant women with COVID-19 at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan. Methods. This reseacrh is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. The type of data collected in this study is secondary data obtained from the medical records of RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan. Results. The results showed that the third trimester pregnant women with COVID-19 were most found at the age of 25- 35 years (68%), gestational age >36 weeks (69.3%), BMI >25 (64%), moderate severity of COVID-19 (80%) and normal MEOWS (61.3%). The most common symptoms were cough (78.7%), followed by fever (61.3%), shortness of breath (41.3%), malaise (30.7%), and diarrhea (1.3%). Conclusion. Third trimester pregnant women with COVID-19 at RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan were most found at the age of 25-35 years, gestational age >36 weeks, BMI >25, moderate severity of COVID-19, normal MEOWS and the most common symptoms was fever.
