Background. Cow's milk protein allergy is the most common childhood allergy in Indonesia and worldwide. Developments in information technology makes public easier to access information about cow’s milk protein allergy. Objective. This study analyzes the relationship between mother's knowledge and behavioral attitudes towards cow's milk protein allergy. Method. This study is an analytical study with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at Gloria Methodist Indonesia Church Medan in August-September 2022. The sample of this study are mothers with children under the age of 6, obtained by consecutive sampling. Data were analyzed using Shapiro-Wilk normality test and Pearson correlation test. Result. There is no significant relationship between mother's knowledge (p=0.07) and mother's behavioral attitudes (p=0.07) towards cow's milk protein allergy. Conclusion. Mother's knowledge is considered sufficient while mother's behavioral attitudes are still lacked. Social media is the most frequently accessed source of information by respondents. In this study, age doesn’t significantly affect the relationship between mother's knowledge and behavioral attitudes towards cow's milk protein allergy.
