Introduction. Anemia is a condition characterized by a decrease in the number of erythrocytes below their normal value, which results in disruption of the oxygen supply to the body. Anemia in pregnancy can cause an increased risk of babies being born prematurely, low birth weight, postpartum hemorrhage, maternal death, the risk of cesarean section delivery, and delays in children's intellectual development. In Indonesia, the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women aged 15–24 years is 84.6%, in pregnant women aged 25–34 years is 33.7%, and in pregnant women aged 35–44 years is 33.6%. Knowledge is one of the factors that stimulates and encourages the emergence of healthy behaviors. Pregnant women who know and understand the impact of anemia and its prevention will have good health behaviors and will be free from the various effects or risks of anemia during pregnancy. Aim. This study aims to obtain information about the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia in Aek Ledong District. Method. The research design used was descriptive research using a cross-sectional study approach. The data was obtained by directly distributing questionnaires to the required sample size of 68 people. Furthermore, the data obtained will be processed using the SPSS application. Results. Of the 68 respondents obtained, 21 people (30.9%) had good knowledge about anemia, 39 people (57.4%) had sufficient knowledge, and 8 people (11.8%) had insufficient knowledge. Conclusion. Most of the pregnant women in Aek Ledong District have a sufficient level of knowledge about anemia
