dc.description.abstract | Green chili plants need water in the process of growth and development, it is necessary to study the plant's water needs to determine the schedule of water delivery. Drip irrigation is a system of supplying water to plants using application tools that can supply water with low discharge in the root zone. Drip irrigation has a high efficiency value so it is suitable for watering plants. The purpose of this study was to design a water supply system for drip irrigation for green chilli plants (Capsicum annum L.). This study used the observation method. The results of this study showed that the water content in field capacity (pF 2.54) was 31.02%; 19.19% at permanent wilting point (pF 4.2) and 11.83% for available water; the evapotranspiration value of green chili plants was 3.3535 mm/day in September when the plants were 3 months old, 3.288 mm/day in October when the plants were 4 months old and 3.234 in November when the plants were 5 months old; the average debit is 0.00020333 L/s with an average emission uniformity (EU) value of 76.49875%; intervals of watering were 6.7 days in September when the plants were 3 months old, 7.21 days in October when the plants were 4 months old and 7.3 days in November when the plants were 5 months old | en_US |
