Background. Coronary heart disease is one of the diseases that has the highest prevalence and high mortality and morbidity rates. This disease has both modifiable and irreversible risk factors. This causes education and prevention is very important to reduce the incidence of coronary heart disease. Objectives. This study aims to find out how good the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior is and whether there is a relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitudes and behavior of teachers at the Jabal Rahmah Mulia Education Foundation on coronary heart disease risk factors. Method. The research was conducted using analytic methods and a cross sectional study approach, with a total sample of 187 people obtained by total sampling technique. All samples were then given a paper questionnaire and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS application. Results. From the results of the study, the majority of teachers at the Jabal Rahmah Mulia Education Foundation had good levels of knowledge (51.9%), good attitudes (45.5%), and good behavior (56.7%). In the analytical study, it was found that there was a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes and there was no relationship with teacher behavior at the Jabal Rahmah Mulia Education Foundation with p-values of 0.006 (p<0.05) and 0.068 (p<0.05) respectively. Conclusion. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes and there is no relationship between the level of knowledge and behavior and there is no relationship between the level of education and the level of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of teachers at the Jabal Rahmah Mulia Education Foundation for coronary heart disease.
