dc.description.abstract | Quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing productive age hemodialysis therapy very phenomenon and attracted the attention of health professionals, where in hemodialysis therapy, participants left a number of important issues, as a result rather than hemodialysis therapy. Various changes to the changes experienced by participants, where participants experienced a decrease in quality of life, daily habits be changed and very different after experiencing chronic renal failure and undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Ironically renal replacement therapy, one side makes replacement therapy participants survive, but the other issues arise that make the declining quality of life of participants. Dimensions of quality of life is made up of four dimensions, namely the physical, psychological dimension, the dimension of social relations, environmental dimension, the fourth dimension is a very significant change, among these four dimensions, the physical dimensions and the dimensions of social relations becomes a very important issue, because participants in this study
are of childbearing age, which is supposed to be a productive productive age, but in fact, a productive age but not productive. The participants because of physical weakness and lack of energy, fatigue and tired quickly get the participants to stop working, which should be at the peak of his career at the age produktiflah for someone. Dimension of social relations in which there is sexuality, it is becoming very phenomenal, there partisipan left by his life partner, because of the inability of participants carrying out its duties and functions as the head of household and the deputy head of household. The issue is no less important and interesting is that there are participants who plans to commit suicide, and there are also participants who had a contract with the researcher but has come the promise of a contract, researchers found participants were already dying in the manner of a very tragic is by hanging himself in the bedroom. This study uses qualitative research methods to the phenomenological approach, the number of 12 participants, all participants are in the age of reproductive age is 30-55 years. Sampling of participants selected by purposive sampling techniques, and participants were taken of participants who had undergone hemodialysis therapy 1 year and above. Implementation of interviews conducted in participants 'homes, investigators contracts with participants and researchers visited participants'homes.
