    Abstract
Background. Lung cancer is a malignant lung tumor characterized by uncontrolled cell growth in the lung tissue and spreads outside the lungs through the process of metastasis to other body tissues. In Indonesia, lung disease is a disease with the third highest incidence. after breast cancer and cervical cancer by 10.2%. Conventionally, lung cancer detection uses chest X-Ray (CXR) and Computed Tomography Scan (CT-Scan) based lung images, which have weaknesses, including expensive examinations, requiring high maintenance and energy costs and being operated by people with special skills. Aim. to determine the sensing properties of thin nanosheet anthocyanin extract of beets/graphena/PVA as a chemosensor for early diagnosis of lung cancer through exhalation. Methods. This research is an experimental research carried out for 6 months in the laboratory and hospital. Result. The results of variations in formalin concentrations were obtained in various samples of asthmatics, diabetics, smokers and normal, namely asthmatics with an average of 0.842 mV ; diabetes 0.036 mV ; smokers 0.028 mV and normal 5.326 mV. Conclusion. The optimum variation of the Thin Nanosheet chemosensor uses electrospinning with variations in formalin concentrations of 45%, 50%, 55%, 60%, and 65% so that it can be compared with samples to determine healthy/unhealthy standards. The results of the test tool that has been designed to produce performance in asthma sufferers 0.04 mV-0.08 mV ; diabetes 0.03 mV-0.04 mV ; smokers 0.02 mV-0.03 mV and normal 5.25 mV-5.40 mV.
