Characteristics of patients who experience anxiety, namely, patients with an age range of 18-25 years are 29.6%, 26-35 years are 11.1%, 36-45 years are 7.4%, 46-55 years are 37%, 56 14.8% -65 years, 29.6% male patients, 70.4% female, 7.4% elementary school patients, 3.7% junior high school, 7.4% senior high school 66.7%, university 22.2%, patients undergoing surgery in the cervical region 18.5%, thoracic region 44.4%, lumbar region 37%, patients with good quality of information provision 96.3% and the bad as much as 3.7%.
