dc.description.abstractRed bean are a multifunctional commodity and can be called bio industry because apart from being consumed as vegetables and salad mixes, they can also be used as industrial raw materials such as peocessed food, namely flour. The purpose of this study was to test the variation of red bean flour grinder (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) burr mill type and to anserve parameters by calculating the effective capacity of the tool, yield and efficiency of the tool. This study used a non factorial completely randomized design. The filters used are are 14 mesh (P1), 18 mesh (P2) and 22 mesh (P3). The results showed that the effective capacity of the highest yield was found in a 14 mesh sieve (P1) of 45.51 kg/h and 93.47% respectively.en_US
