This research is entitled "Perceptions of Students of the Faculty of Social
and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra on Government Policy
Regarding Paid COVID-19 Vaccinations in Indonesia in 2022". The purpose of
this study was to determine the perceptions of students of the Faculty of Social
and Political Sciences, University of North Sumatra (USU's FISIP) regarding
government policies in dealing with COVID-19 cases in Indonesia and the design
of policies regarding paid COVID-19 vaccinations in Indonesia. This study uses a
quantitative descriptive research method. The population of this study were
students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of North
Sumatra, totaling 4242 people. The sample was determined using the Taro
Yamane formula and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The data
collection technique in this study used an online questionnaire (G-form). The data
analysis technique in this study was a single table analysis using SPSS version
25.0.
The results of the analysis show that USU's FISIP students have a negative
perception of the paid COVID-19 vaccination policy in Indonesia. This is
evidenced by the percentage of respondents who disagree on average above 80%.
