dc.description.abstractBackground. Cervical cancer is cancer that take place in a woman's cervix. Almost all causes of cervical cancer are caused by Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). The disease has modifiable and preventable risk factors. This causes education and prevention is important to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. Destination. This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and attitudes of female students about cervical cancer at SMA Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah. Method. The research was conducted using analytic methods and a cross sectional study approach, with a total sample of 55 students. All subjects were then given a questionnaire in Google form and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed using the SPSS software. Results. Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah High School students have a good level of knowledge about cervical cancer (90%), a good level of knowledge about the HPV vaccine (60%), and a good attitude towards the HPV vaccine (90%). Conclusion. The level of knowledge of cervical cancer and the HPV vaccine, as well as attitudes towards the HPV vaccine in SMA Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah students is good.en_US
