Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia di Yayasan Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out, analyze, (1) Human Reasource Development Strategies in Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundations. (2) Barries to human resource development process in Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa foundations. This study uses a qualitative research method which is descriptive in nature. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, in-depth interviews with selected informants and documents related to the Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundations. Data analysis regarding the inhibiting factors of human resource development at the Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundation by analyzing the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities dan threats possessed by the Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundations.
The result of the study concluded that human resource development strategy at the Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundation was carried out by means of education through training. Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundation has a unique and creative development program, research results show that the strategies used by the Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundation are in accordance with the needs of today’s youth. However, the obstacles still exist and Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundation has not been able to fully overcome the existing obstacles, moreover, the obstacles that come from external factors, such as participants and media partners. Each foundation has strengths and weaknesses that can be controlled by management are internal factors, which are difficult to control are external factors. But the success of the foundation in maintaining and sustaining life is determined by internal factors, external factors only affect it. Strategies that can be used by Lingkar Inspirasi Bangsa Foundation namely (1) SO Strategy (Strength-Opportunity) is the Foundation using strength to take advantage of opportunities so that the Foundation can develop quickly. (2) ST Strategy (Strength-Threat) meaning the foundation uses force to deal with threats, this strategy is very risky. (3) WO Strategy (Weakness-Opportunity) this means that management must first overcome weaknesses and then take advantage of opportunities. (4) WT Strategy (Weakness-Opportunity), that is management reduces weakness to deal with threat.
