    Hubungan Vaksinasi Lengkap dengan Angka Kejadian dan Derajat Infeksi Covid-19 pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sumatera Utara Angkatan 2019-2021

    Abstract
    Background: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) began in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China in 2019 and has spread rapidly throughout the world until now. In offline learning, institutions must prioritize the health and safety of students, lecturers, education staff and the surrounding community. As for one of the provisions that must be obeyed by academics and educational staff while carrying out activities on campus is getting vaccinated. Therefore, it is necessary to know the full magnitude of the relationship with the incidence rate and infection rate of COVID-19. Objective: To find a detailed relationship to the incidence and infection rate of COVID-19 in students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra, class of 2019-2021. Method: This research is an analytic study with a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study were students of the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra, Class of 2019-2021 who had met the selection and exclusion criteria based on the simple random sampling technique. The data was then analyzed by Chi-Square Test. Result: The calculation results show that out of 94 respondents, 14 people (14.9%) were infected with COVID-19 with 5 (9.6%) of them having a mild degree and 9 (5.3%) of them being of a moderate degree. The results of the Chi Square test statistical test showed that there was no significant relationship between complete conceding and the incidence and the degree of COVID-19 infection (p=0.172). Conclusion: There is no significant relationship between complete data and the incidence and degree of COVID-19 infection in students at the Faculty of Medicine, University of North Sumatra, Class of 2019-2021.
