Political behavior was an attempt by a person, an individual, or a group to fulfill the rights and obligations as a political creature. Because an individual or group has the responsibility and obligation of the State to provide rights and responsibilities in determining political choice to find a better future than ever. Political behavior can be found in many forms, one of them in the form of elections or elections of regional head. This research was conducted at the Batu Bara Regency, with the object of study of two Islamic organizations in the Batu Bara Regency namely Al Washliyah and FORSU (forum of islamic religious figures/ustadz). This study analyzes the political behavior of Al Washliyah and FORSU in the election of regional head of Batu Bara Regency in 2013. In such situations both Islamic organizations providing support to the candidate regent and vice regent supported by democratic nationalist political ideology (PDIP), although there are other candidate pairs promoted by the political ideology of Islam (PPP). Through this study the authors wanted to know how the political behavior of Al Washliyah and FORSU in the election of Regional Head of Batu Bara Regency in 2013 and what are the things that cause both Islamic organizations do not support candidates who promoted the ideology of Islamic parties in the election. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The data has been collected through qualitative interviews will be processed and described descriptively according to the research objectives have been determined. Based on research conducted at both the Islamic organizations, it is known that the political behavior of Al washliyah and FORSU in the election of Regional Head of Batu Bara Regency in 2013 is accommodative. This means that as a Islamic organization, Al Washliyah and FORSU can receive PDIP candidate promoted by the party despite non-Islamic ideology (nationalist democratic), with the consideration of the candidate is willing to accept the demands and agreed inputs which have been approved together.
