Background. The quality of sleep has an important role, especially for adolescents in the school years which is a period of growth and development of neurobiological regulation, hormonal, as well as psychosocial and physical processes. The influence of change due to the Covid-19 pandemic has led to severalstudies of sleep problems during the pandemic. Some students experienced a fairly high level of anxiety as a result of online learning activities or the so-called hybrid learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic. Aim. To determine the relationship between adolescent sleep quality and anxiety after hybrid learning due to the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Gunungsitoli. Method. Observational research that is analytic in nature with a cross sectional study design. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via gform. Data were analyzed using the SPSS application. Results. From this stufy, it was found that 19% had good sleep quality and as many as 81% of respondents experienced poor sleep quality. Based on the level of anxiety, the most was a mild anxiety level of 82%, a moderate anxiety level of 15%, and a severe anxiety level of 3%. From the results of the analysis of the relationship between sleep quality and anxiety levels (P>0,266). Conclusion. There is no relationship between sleep quality and anxiety.
