dc.description.abstractBackground. Toddlers need complete and balanced nutrition to meet their nutritional needs for optimal growth and development. Toddlers need adequate, complete, and balanced food. Aims. To determine the relationship between nutritional status and types of food intake in toddlers at Puskesmas Binjai Estate. Methods. An observational analytic research in which researchers conducted interviews with the Individual Dietary Diversity Score (IDDS). Then measure the WHO-NCHS standard anthropometry and categorize nutritional status. The questionnaire data was then processed using SPSS and analyzed using the chi square statistical test. Results. This study found a significant relationship with p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). Conclusion. There is a relationship between nutritional status and various types of food for toddlers at Puskesmas Binjai Estate in 2022.en_US
