Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that causes failure to thrive in children under five. Stunting in society needs serious attention from various parties. Through central and regional government policies, activities have been made to reduce stunting rates. Karo District is one of the areas that has implemented integrated stunting reduction interventions including Singa Village in Tigapanah District, Karo District. This activity was carried out to overcome the problems that exist in Singa Village. Problems that are quite complex have resulted in collaboration between Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) and the Village Role itself in carrying out this activity. The problems that directly cause stunting in Singa Village are the failure of exclusive breastfeeding and unbalanced nutrition, then the indirect causes are an unhealthy lifestyle, poor quality drinking water, and an unclean environment. These problems greatly affect the incidence of stunting in the community, especially for mothers and toddlers who are the targets of this activity so that cooperation from various parties is needed to overcome them. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Using data triangulation as a data validation technique. Furthermore, research using Collaborative Governanceindicators according to Ansell and Gash (2007) was analyzed through indicators as factors in the success of collaboration, namely face to face dialogue (face to face dialogue between interests), trust building (building trust), commitment to process (process to achieve commitment), share understanding (understanding of joint decisions), and intermediate outcome (obtaining temporary results). The results of the study show that the Collaborative Governanceprocess for stunting control in Singa Village has not been well realized. Because several indicators in the collaboration process have not been implemented properly, namely the lack of coordination between OPD, namely the Health Office, Bappedalitbang, DPMD, and DPUTR. The difference between the meetings held by the OPD and Singa Village. The role of the Village from the government and Stunting Cadres has not been implemented in Singa Village with regard to the commitments and responsibilities that have been determined in the implementation of activities. Lack of community enthusiasm in supporting stunting reduction intervention activities, both specific and sensitive nutrition interventions, which should be the main driving factor for the success of these activities.en_US
