During the covid-19 pandemic, the government was aggressively campaigning to increase fruit consumption. However, there has been a decrease in the average consumption of fruits in the city of Medan between 2019-2021. This study aims to analyze the impact of the corona virus (covid-19) on fruit consumption in the city of Medan and to analyze the factors that influence people's consumption in the city of Medan. The method of determining the research area used was purposive, namely Medan Helvetia sub-district and Medan Selayang sub-district. The data used is in the form of primary data obtained through interviews with 100 respondents who were determined by accidental sampling. This research uses paired samples t-test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the corona virus (covid-19) had an impact on reducing the amount of fruit consumption in the city of Medan with the amount of fruit consumption after Covid-19 being lower than during and before Covid-19. Income, number of family members, and education have a significant or significant effect on the amount of fruit consumption, while age has no significant effect on the amount of fruit consumption.en_US
